At Sittin’ Pretty Beauty Lab, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure every client receives the attention they deserve. To secure your appointment and provide the best experience possible, we have implemented the following policy: Non-Refundable Deposit     •    A 50% deposit of the total service cost is REQUIRED at the time of booking to RESERVE your appointment.     •    This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Rescheduling Policy     •    If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.     •    Failure to reschedule within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Late Arrivals & Fees     •    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, a $20 late fee will be added to your total service cost.     •    Late arrivals may also result in a shortened service time to accommodate the next client or require rescheduling, in which case your deposit will not be refunded. Late Cancellations & No-Shows     •    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
